Maggie quick question- do you have smoothies instead of breakfeast or with? I’m so enjoying reading your recipes!
Hi Heidi – I have my smoothie first thing in the morning. It’s much easier for us to digest fruit on an empty stomach. Try doing it for a week and you’ll likely notice the feeling once you go back. I then have something like a wrap or granola later in the morning. Hope that helps! Glad you’re liking my recipes, thanks for reading them. xo
I admit I haven’t checked out the recipes…before I do, are any of them gluten/grain- and dairy-free? I’m just starting out and have what feels like a long list of NOs (gluten, grain, corn, potato, peanut). I’m a pastry chef by trade and I find I’m having to learn to bake all over again
