How to Make a Green Smoothie (Video)

by Maggie on August 23, 2013

When my friends from Ptbo Canada asked if I wanted to film a video with them, I jumped at the chance.

We decided a green smoothie video would be a great way to show you how to jazz up your smoothies (or encourage you to add them to your day).

I am a big fan of green smoothies. I think they’re a great way to start your day and to add super foods that you might have trouble fitting in otherwise. It’s kind of like having a salad for breakfast.

We switch up our smoothie ingredients every day, but this video gives you a rough idea of the regular green smoothie routine in our house. I hope you enjoy it!

Want to learn more about Ptbo Canada? Check them out on twitter, facebook, or watch more of their videos on youtube. Trust me, they rock.

Here’s a couple of my green smoothie recipes:

Don’t get too used to this amazing quality video – I’ll be back to my iPhone filmed videos soon!

I feel like I’m in high school all over again! 🙂 You are so in your element Maggie. It’s awesome!

PS I’m going to be bartering for part of Violet’s childcare with your sesame seed crackers and other yummy gluten free things (all your recipes I’m sure!)

Haha, really? Thanks Annie. I love doing them – it does kind of feel like teaching again!
I hope everyone likes the bartering treats. I love that you’re bartering. Have you tried the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk cookies yet? OMG, they’re delish!

Hi Maggie!
You are hard core healthy. I wish I lived at your house. Having you as a chef would be a dream come true. 🙂

Thanks Cheryl, but I would like a chef too 🙂
Thanks for watching my video! xo
