
There hasn’t been much going on in my kitchen this week – I’ve been taking care of a sick little boy all week! Thankfully he is on his way back to health (after lots of green smoothies and soothing soups).
But today my kitchen is being featured at Celiacs in the House. Wendy created a fabulous series showcasing gluten-free bloggers and their kitchens.
I focused on inspiration and where I find it in my kitchen – since I spend so much time in there!

Is it possible to replace the psyllium husks in the chocolate chip recipe with ground flax, chia or hemp hearts?

Hi Kerri – Yes, I think you could try using ground chia or flax instead of the pysllium. I would add about 1/2 a tablespoon more. Let me know how they turn out! Enjoy, they’re super delish!
