by Maggie on December 1, 2010

Today’s Day One of our 12 Days of Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies! For the next 12 days, 6 different gluten-free bloggers will share two of their favorite cookie recipes with you.

Amy from Simply Sugar and Gluten-Free is hosting today and she’s sharing her gluten-free, sugar-free Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti recipe with you!

Amy’s also kicking off the event with a giveaway for a $25 dollar iHerb shopping spree!

Tomorrow you’ll find another recipe at Adventures of a Gluten-Free Mom. Heidi’s cookie will be gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free so don’t miss it.

Don’t forget that on December 12th I will host a link-up so you too can join in and share your favorite gluten-free Christmas cookie! And we’ve got some great giveaways lined up:

So excited for the kickoff of this event! Amy’s biscotti looks absolutely amazing! And that dough of YOURS is looking pretty sweet as well. Cannot wait to see that recipe (and the resulting house that came of it)…xoxox

I was just going to ask what recipe you used for the gingerbread! It looks scrumptious and the dough looks so perfect – I wouldn’t think it was gluten-free if I saw it on another site or if your blog wasn’t gf. By the way, I’ve given you the Beautiful Blogger award. :)

I tried this gingerbread recipe and they turned out perfect! Which, for me, gingerbread never does! Even rolling it out it was nicer then any of the whole wheat recipes I ever tried! Ryder and I r excited to share them ith our non gf friends this yr and see their reactions! So Yummy! Thanks Maggie!
