I found these chocolate gems a couple of months ago but I’m just getting around to really
using them now.
Somewhere along the way, Callum picked up a sweet tooth – no idea how that happened.
He likes to snack on chocolate chips while I’m baking, and these are the perfect little treat for him. I fill a small bowl with these tiny little chipits and he eats away while I do the trickier parts of baking. He doesn’t even notice that they’re not real chocolate chips.
I really like the ingredients in these chocolate chips: evaporated cane juice (cane sugar), chocolate liquor, and non-dairy cocoa butter. Perfect for my babes and their sensitive little tummies. Also perfect for the vegans in my life. And if you really like these gems, they come in a 5 pound bag. Yes, 5 pounds! Dangerous I know.
Fortunately, I am also able to buy a dark chocolate chip at my healthy food store that is dairy-free. They’re pretty yummy too, obviously! I have a few dark chocolate lovers in my house.
Here’s a link to a fudge recipe that I tried using Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips. Yes, fudge. Just in time for Valentine’s Day! I’ve been wondering how to avoid the onslaught of dairy-friendly chocolate that I’ll have to talk Callum out of every time we see it! Maybe I’ll just carry some of the fudge in my handbag. Though if I know it’s there, it won’t last long…
Have you used Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips in your baking? What do you think?
Leave a comment and share your recipe or your experiences. I’d love to hear from you.
P.S. You can print a coupon for these little gems on their website. Make sure you do!

I love these chips too.
Have you had their chocolate bars? They are so good!!
I’d love to try their chocolate bars. I am such a Dairy Milk lover. It will be hard to replace that guilty pleasure. Though dark chocolate is really growing on me. Thanks for the comments Heather
