Welcome world, to SheLetThemEatCake.com!
Are you as excited as I am?
My husband has been bugging me to start a blog for many months. So here I am. Starting a blog!
My main focus will be gluten-free baking, but the blog will also be about life! A healthy life raising kids, baking yummy baked goods, and all of the things I love.
I do love to bake and that’s why I’m here. I have a bit of a baking problem.
The first time I remember baking was with my Uncle Bob – chocolate chip cookies! I was just a wee lass then and I’m pretty sure he did most of the work. I just ate the final product (I’ve always been so good at that part) .
My real baking adventures began as a tween when I used to make chocolate chip cookies with my Aunt Liz: Valerie Sinclair’s Chocolate Chip Cookies. I have no idea who Valerie Sinclair is; that’s just the title of the recipe . I should really post that recipe…remind me if I don’t. Maybe I’ll try it gluten-free first. Okay, my baby is calling me so I must go.

Cute kids.
What-What!
Awesome!
Hello,
My wife and I have a couple of kids who can’t eat gluten. I was wondering if you have a good recipe for gluten free muffins. Also, I’d love to find a place online where I could order GF products.
Any suggestions?
Best,
Doug

We work with a couple of new girls who have celiac – I’m going to request them as friends RIGHT NOW and insist that they read your blog!
The next thing I bake, I promise you, will be one of your recipes from here…
